The Mutianyu Great Wall is a stunning section of the Great Wall of China located approximately 70 kilometers northeast of Beijing. Originally built in the mid-6th century and later reconstructed during the Ming Dynasty, Mutianyu stretches over 5,400 meters, making it one of the longest fully restored sections of the wall. Visitors can explore 23 watchtowers, each offering unique views of the surrounding landscape. The area is accessible by cable car, chairlift, or a brisk hike.
